If you really want that wood grain Leo battery, you would be able to use your 510 atomizers and cartomizers with the $10 Leo-to-510 adapter from VaporNine. However, a wood grain battery is not the reason that I would buy a Leo; it is the great taste of the Leo atomizer and cartomizer. [Unfortunately, they don't produce as intense a TH as I would like.]

One of the best deals in vaping today is the $36 750 mAh, 3.7V Riva-510Carto Deluxe (DUAL COIL) kit* (or any of their other Riva-510 kits) from Liberty-Flights. [Click the "20% Discount" icon in the upper left of the screen first, in order to see that price.] I know of only one eGo accessory that does not work with the Riva: the $60 Ego Booster (which turns the eGo into a VV device). If that is something you think you might want in the near future, then get the $40 650 mAh, 3.2V Joye eGo, also from Liberty-Flights. Otherwise, I think the Riva is a great choice.

* The reason I recommend that particular Riva-510 kit is because it includes five of the fantastic Smok Tech Dual Coil cartomizers. If you prefer other 510 attys/cartos, get the $30 "Lite Bundle." There's nothing "lite" about it; it's a complete two-batt/two-atty kit and available in in more color choices than the dual coil kit. No wood grain though.:(

What Don said. Riva is same size as Ego, but far out performs it. Riva is 3.7v or 4.2v depending on which edition you get. They last the same time. I had eGos and Rivas. I sold the egos and bought another Riva from L-F. The riva special edition is $35 and is a warmer vape with more vapor. It's 510 so very interchangeable.

Thank you so much for the help! I have been looking at the LEO and the Reviews so maybe I should switch it up. I will check the other suggestions also. Is the LEO compatable with any of the clearomizers?
As I said, the Leo battery is not compatible with anything other than Leo attys and cartos ... unless you use a Leo-to-510 adapter, such as the one I linked to. With that adapter, you should be able to use any 510-based items, including clearomizers ... although not necessarily eGo-specific items.

Hoosierecigsupply has Kgo batts on sale for 15.99, 1100 mAh in black, titanium or chrome. I made a few kits getting the batteries, chargers and cartos at a nice price from Hoosier. I tried Breezesmokes but they were out of stock. The 3.7v makes a big difference in vaping pleasure versus the 3.2 Ego. Good luck.

+1 on Riva 750mAh, come off the charger at 4.2v, vs egp at 3.4-3.6v. Much more satisfying TH and Liberty flights is a very reputable vendor with good prices:) I've tried them all.

I have loved my KGO from Hoosier ... but it doesn't necessarily like my Smok Tech Dual Coil cartos. One of my batteries refuses to turn on with them. Could be some weird anomaly, but I've switched over to my eGo and mods (NoEgo's) for dual coil usage.

Try our 1300mah Dual Hunter Mod Kit with 510 Connection. They last me 15 hours of heavy use between charges. Not only do they look awesome they are higher voltage than an ego and have a much better warranty! You get two complete Hunters for $60 and they come with an 8 month warranty :)
