Ego Passthrough Batteries

Hello Everyone,

I was just wondering, When the battery on a passthrough dies, can it still be used if its plugged in? Kinda like when a laptop battery gets old and wont hold a charge and you have to keep the power cord hooked up. Thanks in advance!

No I don't think so. I believe if you buy the kind with an inline battery then you are actually vaping off the battery and all the passthrough does is charge the battery as you vape it. So all the circuitry is IN the battery. And I believe you can buy replacement Ego PT batteries.

Nope, you got it. I have found though, if the battery is dead, if you let it charge for like 30 secconds you can get a few toots in. Works okay as long as you are not chain vaping.
