well i gotta say i have not seen anyone with anything seriously negative to say about this product. Everybody who uses the ego seems to be a happy customer, so im going to give it a go. Im still surprised that theirs a button to hold down, but noone seems to care.

so... this is the product im looking at on cignot... i cant post link but heres product description:

-joye ego (2 complete egos
Included in this kit is 2 650mah batteries, 2 atomizers, 2 atomizer covers, 5 prefilled carts (Marlboro High), 1 eGo fast USB charger, 1 AC to USB adapter, 1 pouch, 1 instruction sheet. Cartridges may be round or whistletip. If you have a preference, please specify in the comments. 1) the cartridges are prefilled, are they always prefilled?
2) the starter kit doesnt come with flavors to refill with? If i want to buy marlboro high is that 26 mg marlboro?
3) a few posters were recommending a mega atty over the lr atty, i barely even know hwat that means but i think i want that mega atty, how do i get it because im assuming this starter kit is coming lr attys?

sorry for all these questions i been asking haha, this stuff is confusing

Thanks for responses. Would y'all recommend the tornado or regular ego? Ive narrowed it down to that at this point. I wanna get my vape on asap

I got my Joye eGo kit from NicotineNirvana.com, a very reputable company, and all prices there are with free shipping. I've ordered from them several times, and each time I got my order very quickly... like 2-3 days.

Right now they have a 10% coupon code: gglego10

I don't know anything about the Janty or Tornado, but I am happy as a clam with my Joye eGo. Lots of vapor and throat hit, and batteries last all day on a single charge.

Wow, I had no idea there were so many options for E-cigs.

Now, here's a question. Automatic vs. manual. So the manual one you press a button to use it? And the automatic is, what, activated when you inhale? Is the manual easier to use and do you feel you get "more" by using a manual vs. auto? (I didn't like how hard I had to suck to activate the one I had).

Thanks man, im tired of thinking about this so i just ordered exactly what you recommended, Got it for $67. seems very reasonable. I guess I'll worry about getting a mega atty thing later, I just wanna get to vaping already. This definately seemed like a better starter kit than the other one i was looking at, and it was the same price

You'll be happy with NicotineNirvana's service. Cliff (NN's owner) is fanatical about shipping right away and providing tracking info.

Just so you know, the liquid in the 5 prefilled carts sucks. If you like tobacco flavor, my staple vape is NicotineNirvana's American Blend e-liquid, which has a rich, slightly sweet, tobacco flavor with none of the chemical aftertaste common with the Chinese liquids.

If you like dessert or fruit type liquids, I highly recommend TastyVapor.us. The Waffles e-liquid is out of this world.

As for cartridges, cartomizers, etc... When I started, I filled empty cartridges, but got tired of fiddling with fillers, etc. Now I direct drip the liquid, and have a drip tip from Super T for this purpose. The vape tastes pure, with no plastic undertones. But for driving or other times wwhen dripping is not practical, I use a cartomizer, but the wide-mouth Super T drip tip design makes dripping really easy.

Good luck!

Cignot is a good choice, I bought mine from them. $69 shipped.

1) The cartridges are prefilled, but if you email them, I'm sure Vicky would give you blanks instead. (But I say give it a try. If you don't like it, just rinse out the poly and refill with your choice of juice).
2) The Marlb high they send are 18mg. Juice is purchased separately. I have bought some from Cignot that I've been happy with, but I use TV for my juices today.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you get some juice ASAP. Nothing is more depressing then having your PV and not being able to use it!
3) The kit comes with standard 2.5Ω batteries. Cignot does not carry LR attys. I haven't tried the mega attys.

Automatic: Activates when it detects suction and/or sound. Pro: It's gives more of a smoking feel because you pick it up and drag. Con: If you flood your atomizer, juice may leak into the battery and kill the switch. If sound activated and you carry in your pocket, it may fire on its own.

Manual battery: Push the button to activate the atomizer. Pro: It is sealed so a flooded atty doesn't risk the switch. Con: You have to remember to push the :censored: button every time you want a drag. If you carry in your pocket, the button could get pressed by accident and cause it to fire.

It's really a matter of preference. I use manuals and my wife uses automatics.

The two kits are exactly the same, the best move is to go with the lower price. With the NN 10% discount, they have the better deal.

Good luck!

You can get an eGo in either Manual or Automatic. I have both and prefer the Automatic's. I don't see much difference in the hit of either but find the Auto's to be a little easier to use.

Auto's are also easier to carry in that your not worried about the button getting accidentaly push in and frying your atty / carto.

o well, i just checked my order and it comes with 2 manuel batteries. I didnt even know there was an auto and i would have much preferred the auto so i dont have to press a button. hopefully it wont bother me too much.

also, that blows that the prefilled liquid sucks. the kit i ordered does not come with any liquid. So should i just order the liquid i want right off the site? I guess i'll give the american blend a try, and also since i smoke marlboro should i order the 30 ml of marlboro also?

If you just submitted your order, try shooting them an email referencing your order number and see if they can add some juice for you and change out your batteries.

I would recommend trying one auto and one manual battery. Try it for yourself to see which you prefer.

I was a former Marlboro smoker, and I'm quite happy with American Blend.

As for manual vs. auto batteries, the manual is 100% better. You have more control over the vape. Also, the vape is stronger because you can activate the battery about a second or two before taking a drag, so you get pure vapor. With the auto (which I started with), there's always some air coming in before the vaping starts. Also, as mentioned above, it's really easy to kill the auto battery if you drip liquid, because the battery is open. The manual batteries are sealed and protected from the liquid.

+1000 on the manual. The autos you have to do a primer puff so you don't end up sucking air. With manual, just hit the button for a second to heat up the atty and vape away. I also believe that the autos have a 5 or 6 second shutoff safety feature where the manuals have a 10 second shutoff. I take some pretty long slow hits, especially if I'm dripping and the atty is a little flooded, so manual is the way to go. After you get use to it, pushing the button becomes second nature, much the same as grabbing the lighter to fire up an analog use to be second nature. ;)

When I first started vaping, on the sucky Blu Cig, I kept having the urge to use a lighter on the LED tip.... hmmmm, maybe that would have improved the throat hit... lol

Cignot carries the mega atty. Go look at ego specific atomizers under the joye product page. You'll have two choices of mega attys to get, one is a con the other is cylindrical. I don't know the difference in the two but there are more reviews for the cylindrical one. All the review are good for both. I have the cone mega atty and I like it because it tapers to a smaller mouth piece that I'm in love with. When you bite down it almost feels squishy.....I like this for some reason. Be prepared to use alot of juice to fill them up, takes little more than a third of a 15mL vial to get a fresh cart filled up.

Would you guys say a 75/25 PG/VG mix and your preferred nic level would produce more of a throat hit than 25/75? But less vapor?

75/25 PG/VG ratio is around my optimum. It just takes a little VG to boost up the vapor, but too much VG makes it seem like you are vaping steam.

Cignot is awesome, received my Ego within 1 1/2 days. Had some questions and emailed, Vicki responded immedietely and really helped me out, just great customer service.
I ordered the ego and got one manual and one auto as well as another battery (cignot lets you order another with your kit discounted.) I really like them both and as this is still pretty new to me I like changing options.

I also got the mega cartomizers, they are spendy but they work fantastic and are sooooo easy. I am on the same two carts I started with last Thursday. I just keep refilling them. I am using a syringe to fill them but it is really easy and lasts a very long time even when I am constantly vaping.

You can get the carts for a couple dollars less on sale at other places but Cignot has been just fantastic so I am sticking with them right now. I did try the atty/cart combo and while it is ok you have to keep adding e juice. I also tried a LR cart and you really have to add juice constantly but it does give a nice th.

I would also order some juice. The prefilled carts only last a short time. I made the mistake of ordering all 24 mg juice, way too high for me. I now have some 0 mg I am cutting it with. I would order some small bottles of 6 up to 24mg so you can try different things out. I thought for sure I needed high nic but I was wrong. I am still pretty new but this is what I have learned so far.

You will be thrilled with your ego. I am off analogs now, never dreamed it was possible.
