The above mentioned are all good units. I started with Riva 750mah and I still prefer them. My last purchase was a KGo 1100mah that will last 10 to 12 hrs. and really puts out the power.
My wife uses 900mah Ego's and she is very pleased. The prices on Liberty Flights are hard to beat.
Hoosier Cig Supply has good prices on the KGo and E-Power.

They are all just manual batteries with a 510 connection. 510/306 connections are the most popular so it's easy to buy supplies from many vendors.

Rivas are a knock off brand of the eGo. The only exception is the Riva SE (Special Edition) which is a 3.7 volt battery (same as KR808) rather than the typical ego/riva/ego-t 3.2 volts.

Ego-T batteries (the tanks they were sold with are horrible/PIA high maintennce, don't get those) are eGo batteries with a 5 click turn off/battery disable so it's doesn't get pressed in a pocket, etc. I think they have some kind of protection in the electronics as well. I have 5 eGo-T 1000 and I have abused them with 1.5 306LR atomizers and they have been great. They do sell clips to put around regular eGo batteries to keep them from firing by accident, but it's nice having it built in.

They are all cigar width and come in a variety of colors with matching cones and atomizers. They all work with 510/ego cartomizers but the 3.2 ego/rivas really need LR cartomizers. You can get an adapter for 99 cents at Good Prophets so you can use KR808 cartomizers with any of them.

The length is determined by the mAh. The more power the longer they are and the longer they go without charging. The 1000 balance really well in your hand.

There are a bunch of new ego type fat batteries with a KR808 thread now. Check out the Echos, etc. These are new so still too early to tell how reliable they are long term. Egos and Rivas have been around for a long time. You could use your KR808 cartos on echos and I am pretty sure they are 3.7 (4.2 off the charger) batteries. They are also automatic, but I think they sell manual versions as well. Only a few vendors sell them so short term there could be supply problems.

Lastly if it fits your vaping style, you might want to skip the eGo stage and look at a Reo or other bottom feeder. Since I got mine, all my eGo-t batteries are sitting in my drawer.

Happy shopping. Just remember don't over buy anything because new models keep coming out and you don't want to get stuck with drawers full of stuff.
