Just wondered before I send my ego back if anyone has any ideas as what could be the reason I have 2 dead batteries after just 3 days. When I put it on charge I just get a solid green light on the charger and when i connect it to the atty its completley dead. I am guessing its the charger but if anyone has had the same problem or knows what could be wrong then I would be grateful for some help.

definitely a problem with either the batteries or the charger, most likely the charger since both batts are acting the same. i would definitely contact the supplier and send in for a new product... one thing to try is keep the batteries on the charge regardless of the color on the indicator (usb or wall charger, try both) and wait for a few hours and see if it works, that will tell if its the charger or batteries (maybe, maybe not but its worth a shot).

It could possibly be the atty, the charger, OR the battery....hard to say. Do you get any indication from the battery itself that it is or is not charged? Does the led go on when you push the button? If not, the problem may be your charger. Are you using the USB port of a computer or the wall adaptor?

This may sound silly, but the ego t battery has a 5 click shutoff...is it possible they just need to be turned on? If not, then yes I have got bad wall charger units before. On mine, when you plug it into the wall, there should be a red light on the wall charger, indicating power...on my bad one, it wasn't lighting up at all. Got it replaced from Vicky at cignot instantly...she's great.

Did the batteries run out of power in the normal way? In other words, did the LED on the button blink continuously for a few seconds to let you know that they needed recharged? If so, then it's most likely the charger. It could be a problem with the center pin not making contact and your could try to pull it out a little, but being that they are new, I would recommend just going the warranty route.

after youve made sure its not the five click shutoff on the big batts, or the atomizer and the light does not blink, or light period, if it does its prob the attys, but if its not any of the above i would have to agree, its very unlikely that both batts have been killed by itself so soon by itself, (unless theres a prob with the charger that killed them) either way it is prob the charger, but either way i would send the whole set back and express your problems, depending on the place you ordered from you should get very good treatment!

i would say its the charger, explain to customer service and express your complaints, and send in either your chargers or more likely your whole set and get a whole new set, im sorry you had a bad experience but dont get discouraged some things go wrong, just get your vendor to make it right, and get into the vaping scene, you will be happy sooner or later and its much better smoking analogs! good luck!

Sounds silly, I know....but did you wiggle the battery while on the usb plug? Sometimes, they don't screw on exactly the right way.... also, if you could slightly pull up the center pin careful not to pull it out.....sounds like the usb charger isn't making contact with the pin on the battery....sorry if you have already tried this...didn't read the whole thread.
