drop it in some freshly boiled water for a few minutes.
From the top, flush it out with some hot water (I do this by holding it under the hot water tap with a fork or similar then letting the water run through it for a minute or two).
Shake it out, dry out the back connectors, plug back into the battery.
Turn it on till the battery cuts out (about 10 seconds).
Repeat till you can see a red glow inside then repeat till there is no longer any smoke coming out.
Flush it under hot water again, dry it again and it's fixed.

If it does not warm up after the 3'rd or 4'th try use it as spare parts.

Do yourself a BIG favor and progress from the eGo-T atties on to cartomizers in short order. I spent over 3 months using their atties and the plastic tanks and after spending too much money on short-lived atties I went over to LR 1.7 Resurrector cartomizers. The last one lasted me 7 weeks, and cost me $1.44. In that space of time I'd previously killed 3 eGo atties at a cost of more like $33. If you want to enjoy vaping more AND save a ton of money, get some carto's. Just my $0.02... and I've got much more to spare now. ;D

If you don't think you are ready for cartomizers yet, at least step up to the type-B atomizers. The larger tanks are more convenient, a better size for the mouth imo, and don't get nearly as hot. They lasted me longer and were a better experience all around. Still a far cry from cartomizers though.

Ahh, glad you asked!

This is right up my alley.. as I love Ce2/Ce3 type clearomisers. (come under several names)

This is a Ce2 variation that comes with a larger 'tank'. I don't know if the price is right because it's a Ce2 with a larger tank and you can get a box of them (5) for between $9 and $12. Yeah on sale for $7 but normally $10.. I think it was a way to try and recoop looses selling Ce2/s or something.. is it so hard to just refill your Ce2/Ce3 and have 5 of them for around the same price?

Still.. coils need to be replaced or you need to use new units... I repair my own all the time and I haven't purchased any new boxes of them for a long while.

Just stay away from the Ego T type stuff.. they are easy 'if they work that long, so do!' but they lack entirely on taste.. so it's a nice try but they never quite worked right.

Cartos, Clearos, Atties that's the way to go until someone works out a better design.

Another option and just throwing this out there as everyone is different is a ce2 in a tank.
Iv'e learned to cut them myself and at 10 buck for 5 it works well for me.
Tanks can be built by yourself as well or be bought for little or a lot.
Mine came from Parkes for 10 bucks with a ce2 pre installed .
Like carts for similar price the chibi tank he makes and sells as well.
Just another option .

Here is a picture for the curious .
This is called an acorn tank just a tube with a screw on cap and a vinyl gasket and o-ring sealing the bottom with ce2 inside.
No leaks may not be the best looking thats for sure but it works at a decent price.

+1 for the LR 1.7 Resurrector cartomizers. Really like them, and for the price can't really beat them. Long buggers too, I haven't done a comparison on them but seems that those cartos last me longer than a tank does. Longer lasting means less of a hassle if you're going to be driving some place. Where I am it takes an hour to get any place decent so a carto that lasts a while is a very very good thing.

Yes, this is why I don't use separate attys and carts. you can get a lot of life out of a cartomizer. I get at least 6-7 refills on cartomizers before the quality drops. I use 808s, so a 5 pack is about $9. I would think 510 cartomizers would run about the same. 7 x 5, that's about 35 filled cartos, and I think it's money well spent when considering that attys can die.

where do I get them for that price?

Thank you all for the great advice. I just received a regular ego cardomizer and a pair of dual coil xxl 510 cardo and I love the 510. no syringes needed and it hits great!

I wish i'd found this forum before I bought my first ecig. I actually paid extra for the tank and it started going bad as soon as I started using it.
