Wow, thanks for all the info/suggestions/links guys, I'll have to dig through this stuff tonight. I don't completely understand a 'cartomizer' and/or didn't know that there were ones that were compatible with the egoT. I think i'll have to read through the ecf wiki on the ecigs, thought i read something about compatibility in there....

before getting the egoT i did try 3 different disposable types of cigarette looking ecigs, and then i tried a cheaper entry kit where you dripped liquid into a mesh like material. found them to be messy, and had to refill way too often. i think i gave up on the unit after the battery finally wore out (30 or so recharges, all it was rated for), then decided to move on to something more reliable.

anyway, are these boge cartomizers the same thing as what i mentioned above? and they're directly compatible with the egoT? (these boge ones, i'm assuming by boge2 you mean 2ohm?)

...an eGoT is an eGo batt with a tank atty and tank...they just connect to the batt with the 510 threading...anything with the 510 threading will connect to the bat...Boge2.0 carto are 2ohm cartomizers(atty+cart in one) and connect to the eGo batts..............

I just got my ego T type B kit a couple days ago. I ran across this thread for cleaning attys and several mentioned it works well on these ego T drip attys. I totally agree. I joined in august but I have been vaping for over a year. However its still amazing to see how much we can all learn from eachother. I got to say though reviewers like grimm and slip and vaporcast are also my greatest resources for vapin info.

You have 510 threaded batteries so your choices are pretty much unlimited. Personally, I don't like the tank system but I love the batteries. However, you have tons of choices out there to try different hardware with your batteries so give something else a try also so don't think you're limited to just using tanks.

I want something i can fill and use for a whole day. with the egoT tank, the 1.1ml that it holds is usually enough for what i use in a day, or at the very least enough to last me through at least work and then later on the evening.

i'm not too sure how much the boge's hold, but i'm thinking that the 2.7ohm are the 'standard' that i should be using for the 1100mah batteries i have? i'm more into the non-tobacco flavors, actually i haven't tried any tobacco flavor in an ejuice, but not really interested in them as i don't want to be reminded of analogs

just got a pecan roll sample from a vaporbomb order (got their spearmint flavor of the week) and it blew me away in the taste on the egoT, such a rich flavor never liked pecan rolls, but that has been so far my favorite out of everything i've tried from myfreedomsmokes (cappucino/green apple/menthol/clove/coffee/lemon/chocolate (have some cherry coming from china)) never been a menthol smoker, but the menthol seems to be my second favorite so far, especially when mixed with green apple ) i've always been doing 80/85% PG and rest VG.

seems the consensus is that the tank/atomizer from the egoT makes the flavor weak, something that makes sense from my experiences with the flavors (other than menthol/pecan roll), am curious how these would taste in a cartomizer now... but again, only if i didn't have to refill a carto every other hour.

its also nice that the tank shows me how much is left...

I think you might find a 2.7ohm carto would be a bit weak...those work better at 4.5-5 v...I would suggest trying the Boge2.0...they will hold 1ml of liquid...the 1.7ohm Resurrectors cartos from crystalclearvaping.com hold near 2ml of juice but practically speaking, you can only use around 75% of that before you should top up as you would be getting close to singeing the carto...these are know as XL single coil cartos and are available from many other vendors as well...you can get ego mega dual coil cartos which hold near 4ml of juice...many folks LOVE the dccs, I didn't much care for them...too hot/harsh for my tastes and I switch flavs several times during the day and the large capacity of juice made it kinda stale by the time I finished it...kinda like bubblegum on the bedpost is best I can explain...........

saw a few refill videos on youtube, seems a bit more hassle to refill these than standard cartomizers, or especially the tank. with the tanks i can just pop out the tank and syringe in whatever i want into the tank then pop it back in.

but then again these are much cheaper and they do hold twice as much... just much harder to tell when its empty, probably just have to assume when its not vaping that there's not enough?

Boge cartos are better. The Joye I've used was crappy plastic and tasted as such while vaping. Barf, lol

thanks, i just ordered some boge's from liberty-flight, then found out about the echo-e's sent them an email hopefully they'll let me cancel before anything happens tomorrow morning. i'll try out the echo-e from mountain vapor, they seem to have a crazy deal on these right now (one dual coil free with 30ml of juice, including free shipping $12!?!?!)
