Please, someone help me.
It's just about 10 days I use eGo-T and three days ago my first atty stopped working. When I connect it to battery and push the button, it blinks few times and then doesn't work at all. But when i disconnect the atty from battery and push the button on lone battery it works normally. What is the problem? The second atty did the same after three days of using it.
Do I need to clean them or they just dead?

It means atomizers suck. Is this a real Joye Ego-T? Or a clone just called Ego-T? Joye Ego-T attys are probably better quality than many clones.

But atomizers are something you need to have spares of. As soon as that first atty broke you should have ordered one or two more. When I was using attys regularly I always kept 3 on hand - two to swap, using one while cleaning one. And one total spare.

VaporSearchUSA.com - see if any shops near you have Ego-T attys or 510 cartomizers (I recommend Boge, especially if you have never used cartomizers). Cartomizers are disposable items and each has its own atomizer. I can get a week to 10 days use out of one with thin clear juices. Cartomizers would hold you while you wait for a new atty to arrive. Try Liberty-Flights.com for Joye Ego-T atomizers (press the 20% off first) they had some amount of warranty on attys. They usually also have Boge 510 cartomizers, or I get them at LiteCigUSA.net or elsewhere. But see if you can find some locally or an atty locally to tide you over. Worst case a standard atty and cartridges.

And check to make sure there is no liquid in the threaded connections. Run a soift bit of tissue around in that valley between the center post of the battery and the threaded collar. Try blowing out the atty into a tissue. But it sound like the atty is dead.

I would try cleaning them first. If you search you'll find many methods. I personally blow compressed air through them once a day and every couple days I run alcohol through them.

What kind of alcohol do you use, i've seen references to this and PGA? I'm sure i need to clean my atomizers too.

As recommended by others, I use vodka. They say if you soak the atty in it for a while it will do a very good cleaning but might strip the paint. I just got an order of new attys though, so I'm gonna take the wick plate out of my old ones and do a dry burn. That's the best way to get them to perform like new but I've broken a couple that way, so be careful.

I blow out the atty. Then I use freshly boiled water (using tongs scoop some through the atty, then use tongs to tilt the atty underwater to let air bubbles out and let it soak 10-15 min, then blow and shake out). The it goes into the pure grain alcohol (PGA) jar, tilting it with tongs to let out air bubbles (I went to another state's liquor store to buy it - Everclear). You could use vodka. Or rubbing alcohol if you remember it is poison. Next day I take it out of alcohol , shake it out, set it to dry. Meanwhile I am using a clean atty. Next time I need a clean atty I prime the clean one with juice, let ti soak in, then swap and clean the dirty one.

For a quick clean, try running hot water through the atty and blow-dry it. I do not use tanks. I do think the tank atty is supposedly easier to clean with the spike plate out but I don't know anything about removing it or re-placing it.

Sorry - I didn't notice you were in Moscow so ignore my links above. Heaven's Gifts is a good Chinese shop. And Liberty-Flights.co.uk is a good UK shop.

You need to have spare atomizers, and not vape them dry (will strain an atty) and try to keep them clean. You can help keep an atomizer cleaner by not using liquids that drop a lot of flavoring sediment. You can test by heating aluminum foil. Then shake a liquid and drip a drop or two on the foil. As it sizzles away, if it leaves a bunch of residue then that is what it will do to your atomizer, causing the atomizer to have degraded performance which in turn leads to harder/longer drags which is a strain on the atty.

You can also periodically clean atomizers but I don't know how to clean Ego-T attys. But the main thing is buying decent attys and not straining them. Even then, sometimes one will just die so spares are very important. Unfortunately, the tank attys are more expensive than standard atomizers used with cartridges and drip tips. And you have no local source for cartomizers (cartomizers have limited lives, even if you don't singe them).

I ordered some LR eGo atties from Greenhouseone and think they are clones, the eGO-T logo is different than the ones I got from liberty-flights and others and it has an "L" on the other side whereas the liberty-flights have an "lr" stamped into the battery connector of the atty. The first one I tried was DOA, the second one works but doesn't give the flavor that my others have. They were cheap enough and it probably isn't worth shipping them back to China for a refund
