Couple things... Cleaning the eGo-T attys is pretty straight forward. If you have any vodka laying around (proof doesn't really matter) take a little dish or a cup and put two or three attys in it, cover them with vodka and let it soak for half an hour or so, stir it a bit so that the vodka moves around and saturates.
Once that's done, dump the vodka (for the love of god, don't drink it) and refill with as hot of tap water as you can get. Soak again, probably another half hour or so. Once that's done, take them to your tap and run hot water through them (Don't need to burn yourself with it, it's mostly to make sure that the residuals of the vodka and flavor is out).
Next! Hold it up to the faucet and put some water in the end the tank goes in, bring it up to your mouth and blow the water through the atty. Do this four or five times, you shouldn't be able to smell any of the flavor mixture in there anymore, if you do, you can keep rinsing it with the blow-through method. It will eventually clean out.
The most important part is that you'll need to blow all the water you can out, and then set it in a box somewhere so that it can air out and dry a bit. Usually a day is long enough...I've run them after doing this immediately, but it's a bit rough on them.
Anyhow, next question. The batteries do eventually get old. Do you have the Smoktech, or Joyetech model? (The Joye eGo has a hard plastic button, the Smoktech one has a soft plastic button) The Joye is a bit stronger built, from what I understand. What you see me writing about my experiences is with a Joye eGo. My passthru is sitting in my equipment box in a retired-fashion.
