Ego t pass thru question

I bought a USB device you plug into a walk plug and has a 5 volt output. Will that work for the pass thru and other 3.7 volt attys and carts thanks

i have a 2 amp wall plug/usb that does not work on my ego passthrough. it does work for a 5 volt 510 passthru but ego 3.7 nope.

I have used 2 amp USB adapters for an ego passthrough with no issues

The ego passthru, is not a true passthru, it simply charges the battery and you vape off the batt, so when topped of you get the 3.7 but if you hit it often as i do, your hitting at 3.4 volts.

One like this? Yep....same as if you plugged it into the USB on your computer.

It will "work" to keep the eGo fully charged while you continue to vape it at 3.2-3.4v.. the eGo is still just a battery.. the USB part simply allows it to be charged using USB power (whether via computer or wall charger). Since the USB part is in the base of the USB eGo, it allows you to continue vaping while it charges. It does not "pass (the 5v directly) through" to the atty.

Light throw a meter on yours mine at least when topped off hits at 3.7 not 3.2-3.4

Oh that is true.. if you're sitting on fully charged, which is what will happen with it sitting in the USB charging mode, it will be higher than the normalised amount which is down there at around 3.3v. The point is though, that it doesn't pass the 5v 2A direct through to the atty.
