New to vaping ... a month and a half "in". Smoked for 49 years. Kicked analogs using e-cigarettes.

Folks asked that I give my opinion of the eGo-T (tank) system after receiving it ... OMG~!!!!
This is IT ...
I've used it for almost a week. It doesn't leak. It just gives PURE flavor and awesome vapor. Flavors that I loved before ... I ADORE, now!
Yummy Gramma's Apple Pie and Toasted Almond from JuicyVapor is pure JOY.
I've found my perfect equipment now ... the eGo-T is the way to go for me.

However, I intend to try the Smart Cartridge Tank (when they're back in stock at GotVapes) to use with all of the regular attys that I've purchased. The Smart Cartridge Tank seems to be a good alternative to the eGo-Tank and can be used with regular attys for my eGo's and Rivas.

Since it looks like the Smart Cartridge Tanks might be "scarce" for awhile, go for the eGo-T and enjoy a PURE vaping experience NOW.
These new "tank" systems will revolutionize this industry. They eliminate having to drip to get the pure flavor and they eliminate having to "top off" carts to keep from getting that "burnt" taste.

Does anyone know of anyone other than GotVapes who have the Smart Cartridge Tanks???

where did you purchase your ego-T?

Liberty-Flights ... Got advice on this forum to use them ... they seem to have the best prices for equipment/supplies, are SPEEDY and accurate.
Be sure and click on the 20% off area in the upper left corner of the screen before adding things to your cart ... you'll immediately see the different prices with the 20% off. Their shipping is $2.99 PERIOD.
Very good company, IMHO.

I still haven't decided whether I like it or not?? I've been dripping for a few months and using Boge 2.0 cartos on the go for nearly the same time. The one thing I've noticed is the tank seems to have a plastic taste and it's a much "cooler/airy" vape than dripping. I haven't gotten that pure vape or all of the flavor yet.

It's convenient, though. It's been great to be able to look and see how much juice I have left; rather than guessing and flooding my carto. I just can't decide whether it's worth it to buy some more???

I've stuck to my KR808's, pigcigs, and Go-Go so far I've avoided buying an Ego, but hearing praise of the Ego-T makes me think it may be time to give it a try. Is is a standard Ego with a special atomizer (the T)? Or is it a totally new Ego product?

I already had an eGo battery and also a Riva battery. All I needed was the eGo-T atomizer and I got a 5-Pack of eGo-T cartridges. If your battery can accept a 501 type atomizer (or if you have an adapter) then all you would need is the eGo-T atomizer and some eGo-T cartridges.

The eGo-T atomizer has a "spike" in the middle of it (rather than a "bridge" like we're used to seeing) ... and the tank cartridge has a "bottom" that is pierced by the spike ... then you fill the tank using a syringe. Very easy.

Thanks for all the info! Have you noticed a plastic taste, like the other poster did?

Cute pup for your avatar.
I didn't notice a plastic flavor ... but I've only been smoke-free for about 6 weeks. My taste buds might not be as good as yours. But speaking for myself, the flavor is wonderful ... and the length of time between having to fill the tanks is a HUGE deal for me. I vape a LOT ... I was a 2+ PAD smoker ... so for me, this is pure heaven.

I'm sort of glad I went the traditional route of buying carts and then drip tips and all of that, though. I'm glad I followed the path so many here have followed because, for me ... if I had started out using the eGo-T, then I wouldn't KNOW how great it is in comparison ... but again, it's just my opinion. Others may have other experiences.

No ... not at all. All I taste is PURE, UNADULTERATED e-Liquid flavor ... and for me, my two favorite flavors that I thought were so yummy ... they aren't just yummy ... the eGo Tank has brought them to some other higher level of yummy-ness. It's almost a religious experience! It just is awe-inspiring~!

I've been using the ego T for about 5 days. I really like the convenience and it doesn't leak. However, I get a burnt taste about half the time and not much flavor. I did all the tricks I read about here on the forum and it still tastes burnt and very little flavor. I'm not sure if I will buy another one. I'm waiting to see if it breaks itself in.

Ok, so I didnt know what a SmartCart was and I went and looked it up. Blah @ still messing with fillers!! That and topping off the carts was the biggest PITA to vaping, for me. I love eGo-T and aint now way, no how am I going back to carts and fillers...

I totally agree about never going back now that I've had this eGo-T experience ... but I bought a LOT of regular attys and some LR attys ... Too many to just say the heck with them ... When I realized that I go through about 2 attys a month, I bought a bunch. Sort of like buying 2 cartons of cigs for peace of mind that you're not going to run out ... same sort of thing ... so I'm going to buy the SmartCarts until I use up all the regular attys ... but believe me, I am using this eGo-T exclusively right now ... no more carts and topping off or dripping for me ever again! The SmartCart has a little window to see how low you're getting before going dry. As for the filler ... I'm going to pull it out and put a PTB in there instead.

I'm glad to hear this! I'm just getting a little tired of topping off carts all the time. So a 650 mAh batt + the Ego-T atomizer is ok, or do I need the 1000mAh battery? Sorry for so many questions.

No .. your 650 mAh will be fine ... in fact, the battery in the eGo-T "kit" (which I didn't need to buy since I already had eGo and Rivas) is just a regular eGo battery. They just came out with the 1000mAh batteries, I believe .. I won't be getting one until my other batteries are Kaput.

... then you fill the tank using a syringe. Very easy.

For those who don't have a syringe, you can just pop the end cover off and drip 20-25 drops in tank to fill it.

I find it handy for driving, but still doesn't replace all the satisfying elements I get from dripping.
