After a week with my 510 I'm enjoying vaping and I feel the need to spend more money!!

I'm thinking of ordering either the Ego T or the Inferno T

I can't come up with any pros or cons for either except the Inferno T has (1) 650 mah battery and (1) 1000 mah battery instead of the Egot T's (2) 650 mah batteries. Not really anything to write home about there.

Performace wise, does anyone have experience with both that can recommend one over the other?

From what I understand, they are the same thing. The Inferno is just a re-branded Ego.

I've just ordered my Inferno T. What sold me on the Inferno was
a) good write-ups for Volcano's customer service (we all know how many hardware issues there can be)
... and
b) the fact that the 650 battery has a built in USB plug, making it a passthrough.

I did the same thinking about a week ago, I already had a clone battery, so I ordered a tank atty and 5 tank carts from liberty flights, I spent $22 including shipping. I got it yesterday and fell in love!
I don't know too much about the difference between those two, but I did find a great sale on the Joye Ego-T.
$59.99 from iVape.net, so I ordered two kits from him. One for me, and one for the wife. Hopefully I'll be getting them today, or tomorrow. I think that is at least twenty dollars cheaper then everybody else. So I hope that helps out on the decision making, good luck, and you will LOVE your tank system!

Pretty sure the inferno is just a re-branded eGo....

This. The only difference is the outer coat. I think infernos are shiny and standard egos are matte.

I would only consider 2 things:
1. Price.
2. How much you vape.

2 charged batteries will last you at least full day (or should) depending on how much you vape.
I have 3 ego 650 batteries (2 standard, 1 passthru). I can go for 2 days without charging any of them.
So I would consider your price range. If one is significantly cheaper, I would get that and then order an extra battery if you're concerned.

The ones I got from cignot are pretty shiny. I think they look nice. Also I like that they are the newer 5 click batteries.

Are those the stainless steel or black? I can't tell from the picture but they look like the steel. Stainless steel eGos are always going to be shiny (but I think infernos are shinier).
Different vendors make different coats.
As far as I know the inferno is definitely a metallic gloss coat. eGos are more varied by vendor but tend to be matte (unless steel)

is the wavy design on the inferno painted on, or a sticker, or powercoated?

I like the way they look, but if you want an atty or cone to match, you are limited to buying from the same company. at least with the non re-branded eGo, you can get your parts from where ever is least expensive, and it will match...

This.
Another reason to consider price. If you plan on matching your parts, its easier to get them from other vendors. However, if you feel that inferno parts are price comparable and are comfortable going to the same company every time you need parts, then it's not an issue.
For the most part cartomizer/atomizer+cartridge don't really make too much of an issue in terms of aesthetics, so long as you have the cone.
A shiny red inferno with a shiny red cone will look fine with a black carto/atty+cart.

I'd go with Cignot.com, they offer you a choice of which batteries and tip colors you get. You could get 2x650mah's, 1 of each, or 2 1000mah's.

The 1000mah's last me 24 hours+, I go through about 4-7ml a day, that's 4-5 tanks a day. I've had my eGo-T about a week now, and I don't see the point of having a PT model when I get 24 hours from a charge. Even if I got only 12, I'd still see no need for the PT, as they only take 3-4 hours to charge off my USB port with the included charger.

The stainless steel looks nice, and my kit was $90 total, for 2x 1000mah batteries, 2x atomizers, 5x White (clear) tanks, charger, cloth case, and upgraded priority shipping. I can't complain at all.

I also bought an extra atomizer ($16), and 10 extra tanks ($14) the next day.

....

I got a similar price for the inferno. With coupon and shipping, around $90 for 2 full units (with passthrough).
