Ego thread wear

I just got a new ego pass through about two weeks ago and the 510 threading is already wearing! When I screw in a carto it is extremely wiggly and sometimes when unscrewing the threads lock because the carto is tilted. Im afraid that soon they may strip themselves completely! Does anybody have an idea on how I may be able to fix this? Probably not. In which case, how can I prevent it on any new batteries I buy?

Get a shorty 510/510 adapter and leave it installed. Then your native threads never get attys and cartos spun in and out of them

I would also advise to clean the threads regularly, as even the slightest bit of juice on them can wear them down and cause them to lock-up. Noalox helps tremendously when this happens, too.
