For some reason my twist felt like going for a swim. I found it this morning in a bowl of water in my sink. Anybody know CPR for an eGo?

You could try the bag of dry rice for a week trick? Its worked for me on many, many cell phones... Haven't had this issue with an ego yet tho, oddly...
I will say tho... If you already tried to use it while wet(to see if it still works) it likely shorted, and is junk.

totally agree, out you tried to press the button its gonna be toast. I did the same thing last week, I rescued it by flicking it downwards (think of snapping a large whip), I was amazed by the amount of water that came out of the dial. When there was no more water, then I put in rice for a few days. And it came back.... Good luck, but even so...... think off it as a $30 investment in your vaping education. ..you'll know what to do next time!
