I've read in a few threads that the Ego Twist dial will be updated to a knurled style dial like the Vision Twist. Does anybody know if this has happened yet and if so which vendors are carrying them? Thank you.

Not that I know of and I just bought one. You need a Vision Spinner if you want a better dial.
