Are you sure you didnt "lock" the voltage. Try pressing both + and - at the same time for a few seconds.

Wow, you are right, that worked. Somehow I must have accidently locked it. Glad to see that all was not lost, like I thought. Sure glad I mentioned it here, otherwise I probably would have gone on being annoyed oblivious to the fact that it could be fixed. Thank you so much. It really is great to get answers for questions like this.

There is a version 2 if this out now on a site called happy esmoker it has a puff counter and seems to have addressed some of the other issues people were having with still if it's not an original joy tech battery you take your chances. You would think that some company could make a quality copy but I think most knock offs ate just a quick money grab scam for them. This happens in more industries than just vapping. Hence the phrase buyer beware.

I had to post a bad review, but I bought two of those and tgey both had so many issues with quality that I traded them in. the end cap kept falling off, and then the pass through connection was extremely unreliable. I had to wiggle it constantly just to get it the right position to charge....maybe when they work the bugs out.....and p.s. it was a genuine joytech.
