eGo vision, liquid in mouth....

I received two ego visions earlier in the week and have been absolutely made up with them. I thought that i had my perfect life-long setup sorted. But, later on today (on my third re-fill and i haven't been letting the vision run down much further than half before re-filling) i got a small mouthful of e-liquid after taking a pull on it. I've taken the drip tip of, cleaned around the top of the inside of the vision and inside the driptip and put it back together. So far, so good. Was just wondering if anyone knows what may have caused this and what i might be able to do to prevent it happening again?

Hey, I am wondering the exact same thing. 3 seconds ago I just swallowed some liquid myself as I was reading this. Hope someone can clarify what we are doing wrong or if it's a common occurrence.

Mine has been ok since i screwed the tip off and back on again. Not sure why it did it but i just hope it doesnt start happening all the time as i think the visions are brilliant.
