I apologize for asking this before in the newb forum but i'm having a hard time getting a straight answer and also cant seem to find it through searching here or online. I like the ego-w as a whole piece, pen cap, carto sleeve and all. When it comes time to replace the carto it comes with what options do i have in order to keep the whole piece together? When i look at the exact carto online it seems more expensive than other replacement carto's like the boge, are the ones it comes with suppose to last longer or something?? Posting a picture of what came with mine because i've seen other ego-w's come with other types. Thanks guys!

If you want to keep the pen cap & carto sleeve look the only option you have is to replace the F1 carto/clearo inside with an exact duplicate.

The F1 is a completely different animal than a standard 510 cartomizer, the F1 has wicks feeding the atomizer like a clearomizer, a standard 510 carto uses saturated polyfill to feed the atomizer.

You can use any ego or 510 threaded delivery device on your battery.

A Pyrex carto tank is hard to beat, you'll have to replace the carto's inside occasionally.
Most of the BCC clearo's work quite well, the heads will have to be replaced occasionally.
How often you have to fiddle with them ranges from 3 minutes to 3 months, just aint no telling.

I wouldn't recommend chilling a tank it could thicken the juice and cause wicking problems.
