He sends great correspondence, letting you know when your order is processed for payment and is ready and shipped. The "item shipped" confirmation email has been send to me on the day I order every time I have ordered, and two orders will placed on Saturday and they still shipped that day. The shipping isn't free, but it is VERY LOW, never been over $2 for me although my orders are usually no more than three or four things. He only offers two different models currently, and the second one was only added in the last few months. He is one of the few suppliers I have found with inexpensive replacement parts for my m402 in the US! He emails reply back to personal emails the same day and will answer any question you throw at him. If you use one of the models he offers, you should buy from him. Great great supplier!
