i dont think you can mess it up more than you already have. hahaha. ok, sorry, bad joke.
but, i'd try my best to get the drill bit out first. maybe drill from the opposite side?

and unfortunately, i'm not aware of anywhere that sells just the base. i think i've only seen the taifun base for sale. and that was on FT...

good luck! hope you figure something out!

Think im going to go the carbine steel route AND A DRILL PRESS lol

That should work, but do try the hammer, even if you don't take the time to heat it first. Drape a heavy cloth over the jaws of some channel locks to hold it and take a hammer to it. The force might make it free up and be knocked out. If six or seven blows don't do it, it probably isn't going to work, so it won't take long to find out.

If it is the air hole, and you have anything small and hardened, like a tiny screwdriver with the black hardened shaft, take a look at going through the adjustment hole to pry the drill bit in the opposite direction. Depending on where the spiral is, that might work. Even if you booger up the top thread of the grub screw hole (not likely), you can just take a burr and take out the first thread.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Well iv never drilled out a bit before and i really dont want to mess it up more than i already have.

There's a reason for that. It will be virtually impossible. The material is to hard. It's why they make drill bits out of it.

I think you'll either have to find a way to mechanically back it out.....or purchase a new atomizer.

not really true...cheap drill bits are only harden steel. I carbide bit will go through it I have done it before. Just use 1 that's smaller then the 1 that broke and go slow
