Stay away from this device, unless you're getting it to use as a VW mod.

The temperature control is almost completely useless. I had to turn it up to max temperature to even get a decent hit and even then it wasn't a very satisfying hit... But then some other builds I had to turn down quite a bit. It's also inaccurate by something over 100F I believe.

And even when you can get it to work, I don't like the way that it works. It'll apply the selected wattage until it reaches your set temp (usually in a second or two) then it just lowers and bounces around your wattage in order to stay right at the set temperature -- and the result is never satisfying. There's no way to actually lock the resistance, which I think is this device's biggest problem in function -- yet it doesn't give a live reading of the resistance unless you have the temperature set to "off" (but it does show live readings of the temp and wattage with it on).

The only way that I could get a half decent hit off of it was to build with kanthal/nickel twisted together, but this made the temperature readings even more inaccurate and wildly inconsistent from build to build.

I was excited when I first got it, I couldn't get it to dry burn any cotton... but then vaping on it in temp control was terrible. For a moment I actually thought this was what all temperature control was like and couldn't understand all the hype behind it, until I saw a good handful of reviews talking about how the chip in this is complete poop.

As for the mod itself, it's not bad. It's smaller and much lighter than an IStick and seems to have a sturdy build, and the buttons have a nice clicky feel... If they would've/could've charged a little more and put a Yihi chip in this thing it would actually be a pretty awesome little mod.

I used mine for about a week then decided to sell it and buy an IPV4 -- LOVING my ipv4 and now using TC 100% of the time, and for only a bit over $20 more than the EHPro I highly regret ever deciding to preorder the SPD A5. That's the last time I'll preorder a mod, I'm waiting for some reviews to surface first. Or if I do decide to preorder one I'm leaving it unopened until I can read some reviews, so that if it turns out crap, I can still sell it for the actual retail value.
