Hi all,

Just started vaping again and quickly got into rebuildables. I've really been enjoying my Kayfuns and KFL clones so I decided to grab up a SQuape clone by Ehpro.

It looked beautifully machined upon opening, but did require a thorough cleaning. I slapped a nice looking microcoil and cotton wick in there, and was excited to have a vape but...

When I went to fill the tank I noticed that the tank portion was pyrex (and not plastic), and that it created a seal with the chimney, not allowing the tank to actually be filled. I was so furious that I actually used it as a dripper for 20 minutes to calm down before contacting the retailer.

According to the retailer Ehpro sent out a whole batch build just like mine. Apparently they are working to correct the problem and will be shipping a revised version out next week. I haven't received word whether this revised model with still come with pyrex, but I'm hoping it does.

There are 2 or 3 suppliers out there right now making sub-par Squape clones. One made a batch that the base assembly is shorted out internally and the resistance is varying anywhere from dead short to 6-7 ohms then no connection at all. I was one of those who got that base but my money was refunded by PayPal.

The only supplier I know of that has not had any issues is HCigar. Their clones are very well made and engineered. They have the Pyrex tanks too. I have heard good things about the Tobeco clone too.
