This is so strange. I have been mixing my own juice for over 1.5 years now. I normally use 7.39ml glass vials to do so. Tonight my sister came by and wanted some 15ml bottles mixed up. I usually use the eJuice Recipe Calculator ejuice caulater as I use 50/50 vg/pg with no nick and it a simple calculator.
My sister brings over 2pcs 15ml empty plastic bottles and wants a single flavor "Rootbeer" however she wants 6mg nic, 30PG/70VG mix. So I use a caulater known to split up PG/VG values separately.
As always I used a eye dropper about the same drop as a "Capella" drop from there bottle.. I follow the recipe to the tee and load it into a 1oz glass bottle to Ultrasonic steep" I notice that the bottle is kind of low. I make up the next bottle follow the same directions and still low....
I let it steep for 2.5hrs in the cleaner and then poured into the 15ml plastic bottles and they only filled 1/2 way?
With that said, I'm sure if I simply filled the bottle (toped it off) with pg/vg it would dilute it. So I simply made it the same way "againg" and same thing. It gave me 1/2 of a 15ml bottle. The calculater is set for 15ml bottle 36mg min base 6mg desired 15% flavor.. All the calculations are correct yet only make 1/2 the bottle. It's the same type drop as a capella bottle dropper has. What am I doing wrong???
