I highly recommend this iPhone app for ppl new to vaping. Access to online stores, forums, tips/guides a well as a DIY juice calculator all built into this app.

Found it yesterday on the app store & thought I'd share.

I also found some apps like this in the Android Market. Just search "e-juice" and boom!
