ejuice refill question

My usual juice supplier ran out of glass jars. So instead he gives me the plastic, will my nic level go up if I decide to pour from plastic to a glass jar that has 5 ml ish of juice. I asked my guy, and he said it shouldn't. So im asking for a 2nd opinion.
