Mt. Baker Vapor has great juice at unbelievable prices.
You can also check out Ahlusion and ECBlend, two other great quality vendors.

GoodEJuice is great, especially with their tobacco blends. They are in Chicago which isn't far from Canada. Ahlusion is good too and they are in Michigan.

Try CigetteVapor, those guys are also from Chicago but they have really good US made juices.

I also have to give a nod to Mt. Baker Vapor. You can get something like 15ml for $4.99. That's a crazy deal and if you don't like it you only paid 5 bucks.
