And, having enjoyed that, here is something a little different, my former neighbor from before he became famous. Larry Coryell with Chico Hamilton, 1966Good afternoon All Airheads!! Rather quiet in here today for a Friday.
Here's some nice noise for your vaping pleasure!![]()
Replying to myself, well, whadya know? It works!
Immensely complex and difficult procedure is accomplished as follows:
Use aviation snips to cut up to the side and bottom of one of the slots. Make another cut to the top of the slot on the other side of the slot far enough to be just wide enough for the wick and break metal off. Repeat on the opposite side. Smear tiny amount of epoxy on the two remaining slots. Let epoxy *fully* cure. Coil as usual and wick without trimming. Press cap back on and trim close but not flush with cap. Wet wick with juice to make sure it fills slot. That's it, GS Air CLR!

Thanks IMRs!Sorry to hear about your dilemma. Hope everything is well over there. This is why I carry a larger man purse. You can't miss it when going out the door.![]()
I have not had this happen...dunno.Following our fine musical interlude... a vaping question.
Had a coil die of geriatric complications. Replaced it. Thoroughly washed and dried GS Air. Primed new coil á là Cheech. Filled tank. Put the pieces together and screwed them onto a 30. Yuck! Heavy duty industrial machine oil taste!
Tried the same new juice in another tank---very nice flavor.
Please offer recommendations for getting rid of the machine oil in a new coil.
Thanks. (Being of simple mind, I just vaped half a tank without inhaling, figuring the oil would burn off after a while. There has got to be a better way.)
I hope the Air lives up to your expectations and our extollations (is that a word @GranFumador?)Thanks IMRs!
Cant really see myself with a man purse but a Lowepro or Pelican case works for me!
I'm surviving, the Silverplay has about 1.5 ml left and the locally made A.D.V in it is just too damn yummy!
The Rose is still half full of Flavor Crafters SuperNova.
Were ticking away the moments that make up a dull day...
And there are only 2 hours to go till I pick up the GS-Air!!

Ugh. That happened to me with an I30 tank I bought. I tried EVERYTHING to get that taste out of the tank and it would not dissipate. Sorry to say, you might have to chuck it in the eff it bucket and move on.Following our fine musical interlude... a vaping question.

You're killing me!I never see that at wally world! the cooler is nice...
The fugly dark blob on the front is the JB Weld covering the slot. There's another on the back. The gooey things on the side are the wick ends protruding from the slots which have been widened and cut all the way down. HTH.Pictures or it didn't happen!Really... can you help this exhausted mind in envisioning what you eloquently described? Thanks!
Are you doing rebuilds FOR us now???? If that's the case, Ima be saving up all my coils!Or throw it on the dead pile, send it to me and I will rebuild it for you. I have the hammer, the will and the attitude!![]()
