Looks like my wish may have come true. eleaf is coming up with a new line. The GS Air M (and MS and so on). They are a bigger, wider tank and word (from a distributor) will appear in March. I don't see them on the eleaf's site so it's all rumour for now.

But I'm excited.
I know it's gonna be a great day when I use more bananas than face palms.

I kinda went whole hog with the GS Air and now they expand the tank capacity...
Oh well, still lovin' the Air!!:vapor:

Wow. I just loaded an Iclear 16 to test run a juice. I can't believe the lack of flavor that I used to think was so great. This juice is the same as my ADV that I have in a GSA at the moment, but slightly tweaked, so I know the juice is fine. It's the tank that makes all the difference! I gotta say, though, the vapor is off the hook with the i16, but the flavor is incredibly muted compared to the GSA. I will never go back. EVAH! :D

Which is why I never, ever buy more than one of anything e-cig related. And I never hoard e-cig stuff.

Everything becomes obsolete after a month or two or three.

Too true, but the last tank I settled on for a couple of years was the Mini Protank, which could be recoiled and rewicked.
Now that I can do that with these, I will be using these tanks for the foreseeable future.
I passed on the tank of the month for some time now keeping my eye open for something new and what do you know,
the Air is it!

Hehehe...

The second I got my PT1, Kanger launched a PT2, which was a vast improvement over the PT1--it could be taken apart for cleaning, and all parts were replaceable, including the drip tip. I was in heaven for a couple of months until they launched an Aerotank with much better air control valve. Then they started improving the AFC valve and the dual coils; there are three versions of the AFC valve and of dual coils as of now.

Looks like Eleaf is doing the same thing now--with their tanks and their batteries. ;)

I did rebuild a few Kanger coils, but it's a PITA--for me. If I'm to rebuild anything, I'd rather rebuild a rebuildable, and have a couple of tanks with replaceable coils for convenience.

I'm still hoping that Eleaf will make a Lemo V2--20-22 mm, without that stupid skirt that hybrids on the Evic, with better AFC and fill method, perhaps top filled. That would be my dream RBA--well designed and user friendly. I don't sub-ohm, I don't want anything with a huge airflow. I'm not into exotic coil builds. Basically, I want a Kayfun-style RBA that will give me a bit more airflow options than the Kayfun does. Why nobody makes such a tank is beyond my comprehension.

So there. Rant over. :)

Carry on.

I'm with Cheechako. This is it for me for a while. Doing the "flavor of the month" is way too costly. Now that I've found something that has provided me with pretty much everything I'm looking for, I don't see the need to keep looking for the next great thing. The only thing that could top this for me is a larger version of the GSA. And it would have to be exactly that; same tank, larger version. Same coils, same AFC, same everything, just bigger.
Edit to include:
I don't even feel the need for an iStick 30 or 50. I'm quite content, settled into my 20W, and just ordered another. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I found the rebuildables (Russian 91, Fogger) to be touchy out and about, I like rebuilding clearos that perform like a Russian Tank!
Takes a licking and keeps on vaping.

And that's why I'm a fan of the GSA! Cheap, works and stands up to abuse. (Except drops:oops:)

You mean like the Kayfun V4? :p

What would top things for me would be to drive costs down further.

Pound for pound, I think the GSA and the coils are great. That's where I'm staying.

But still, all the coil designs these days are wrapped in these metal cartridges that I'm sure are expensive to manufacture.
I'm waiting for someone to come up with a tank and coil design where replaceable coils are rugged and easy to replace, without having to require them sitting in an expensive metal cartridge. I don't want the hassle of building my own, and I don't want the costs of the metal cartridges. I want something in the middle that drives cost down from what we have today. I want to be able to load a fresh coil+wick every coupla days - super easily, without requiring microscopic eyesight and the hands of a surgeon.

Ok, I got it out of my system. I'm ok now, I think.

Java,
What is this compulsive need you have to change your coils/wicks every couple of days? Tell me about your childhood...
I am well on my way to my second week on my second coil and it still seems to be going strong. No flavor or vapor loss. That seems fairly economical to me.

The site that shows the GS Air MS is a bulk site, also shows many items they do not stock yet. The GSA coils are 5.75 for a 5 pack X2.. $11.50 for 10 coils. Not bad!! $42 for 10 each GS16s and $49 for 10 each GS Airs

ACK $100 min order from the site... You'd have to buy 21 GS Airs and spend $32 for shipping.. Still, about $6.40 each that way..

if done right.. D

So far I've probably spent about 450-500 dollars on vaping.
I've only saved about 280 dollars by not buying cigarettes.

I have way too much stuff and spent way too much money.

...it'll never end. Vaping has been supremely more expensive than smoking for me.

I have some sort of "gene" that allows me to experience GREAT pleasure and enjoyment when I inhale some "smoke", exhale some "smoke" and get a hit of nicotine.

For 51 years I LOVED smoking. When I tried my first e-cig...I immediately switched. Vaping just (to me) smells and tastes so much better.

Over the last 18 months of vaping I've noticed I feel much better, I can walk up hills and no longer get short of breath, my (formerly high) blood pressure has dropped to normal, my breath/clothes/apartment no longer smell, I don't get holes in my clothes/furniture, my car/apartment windows no longer get cloudy...and I can now stay in NO-SMOKING hotels!!!

When friends ask if I've saved any money with vaping I say "I don't know...and I really don't care."

I'd continue vaping even if it was 4 times the cost of smoking!!!
