Just ordered the M and a blue iStick 30W and matching silicone case. One of my 3 iStick 20Ws is naked so I got it a case too.

Exited for my first 30W and the new M. Didn't make the 2:00 cutoff time and chose the cheap shipping, so sometime next week I hope to be in vape heaven.

You will be!

By naked do you mean no case for it or the finish is coming off?

No case. I currently have 3 20Ws and only had cases for 2 of them. When I ordered the cases they were out of black and my OCD will not let me mismatch the mod and case colors. I love love love the silicone cases.

If I like the M i may order a couple more from , um, that other, er, place. Of course I will have to get 2 more 30Ws to go with them.

How well do the silicon cases fit the isticks? Thinking of getting some for mine.

Like a glove. The fit is perfect. It's takes some work to get it off. I'm planning on doing my 2 week review on the iStick thread soon, but a quick overview is:

Pros:
Less slippery in hand. I always feel like the naked one will slip from my hand. Not with this case.
Adds the slightest amount of bulk which I like. I'm may be a tootle puffer but I am still a man and it feels great in my hand. Naked one feels small now.
No more grabbing a cold iStick
Doesn't slide down car seat when I put it there.
No issues with charging port.
No noise made when I lay it on its side

Con:
Doesn't slide into my shirt pocket as easily as a naked one.

I've been thinking about getting some of those. Does it have a hole in the bottom for the charge port? I would be a little worried about covering up the only place the case has to vent.

Yes it does and it is perfectly positioned. I have zero issues plugging it in.

Rocketman covered it well. Now and then the cover catches and comes off in a tight shirt pocket, but never on its own. It would also suppress button rattle, but my first two 30s were defective, and lacked the button rattle feature. 30s #3 and 4 arrived in vape mail about ten minutes ago. Haven't yet opened them. Too busy doing cheat steep---10 seconds of microwave---so I can try the other goodies.

At work I usually have 2 covered iSticks and a thin plastic badge holder in my shirt pocket and never had an issue with the case trying to come off.

It is possible that there is more than one manufacturer of these cases and quality may vary between so I will add that I got my cases from RockyMountainVapor.com.

Also, I have only had them 2 weeks and they may loosen up, but I just tried removing one of them and gave up because it doesn't want to come off and I don't want to stretch it out.

I have 2 IStick 20W silicone sleeves. My white one gas loosened up and will slide down the mod easily. I am constantly pushing it up. I got it from Rocky Mountain about 6 weeks ago and it has been on my silver 20W ever since. Either it loosened or my IStick shrunk!

Thanks for the info. I wonder if some masking tape placed along the side of the iStick may help it stay on better.

Just noticed that Fast Tech now has GS Air clones. But I can't figure out what the point is - they're only 44 cents cheaper than the real thing!
...and...FT's "authentic" Airs are nearly the price Sweet-Vapes charges, and the latter gets things to me in a few days, and has superb service. Example: I ordered some GS Air Ms very early this morning, when they had their shipping options problem. I sent them a note about the dissatisfaction many people on this thread had with the problem. They promptly fixed it, and offered me a credit for the difference between the shipping charge I had accepted, and what it would normally be....that without me requesting the credit.

Mine came from a different retailer, but with the same result: black one is tight as can be after two months, while the blue is a little less snug.
Shrinking iStick and Wrapper Gremlin syndrome?

Finally got all the way thru this thread yesterday.
My 2 GS Airs came on Tuesday. Primed the coils, loaded the tanks, waited a bit to make sure that the coils were well soaked, took several primer puffs, adjusted the airflow too my liking, and took off. Really liking these.

Yesterday, one day later, the 1st coil went bad - at least I assume it was the coil. It started gurgling, the amount of air flow went up tremendously, vapor disappeared ...... Played with everything to try and fix it - checked the air flow screw - it had not moved, made sure the coil was seated correctly, etc., . Nothing worked until I put in a new coil and repeated as above. Everything then worked fine again.

Today the 2nd tank did exactly the same thing.
This is not a gradual deterioration but a one vape is fine then the next is all screwed up.
This afternoon the 2nd tank did the same thing.

I am using almost clear liquids in approximate 55 pg/ 45 vg on an Istick 30w at10-12 watts.

I do not recall reading anything in this thread about this kind of problem - but that's a lot of pages and I'm sure I missed things.
The coils that went were the ones that came with the tank.

One replaced coil has been fine for 1 day and I just replaced the coil in the 2nd tank.
One of the reasons I wanted to try the Air was because many talked about how long a coil would last and I am getting very lazy about changing/rebuilding coils.

Any thoughts as to what the problem might be?
Hopefully the new coils will work better.

I've really come to appreciate Sweet-Vapes a lot. Great prices every day. Maybe not the absolute lowest you can find on every item. But sometimes staying on top of that can be too much work. Easy one-stop shopping and I always get my packages in two days.

Anyone ever try their juice?

Westhc, sorry to hear that. I seem to recall a couple of people on this thread having a problem with the original coils that came with their tanks, but not most people. Especially not to the extent of your problem. The original coils in both my tanks lasted 7 days, and replacement coils are lasting me 10-14 days. I also vape fairly clear juice at 50/50. So I don't think your juice is the problem. Probably just lower quality in the original coils.
