Two things:
First - has anyone seen Mud around lately?
Second - I have found that even the eLeaf coils are hit and miss. I just changed out one that I was using for about three weeks. Probably could have kept on using it too, except it was just performing rather poorly. Still performing, though. Now I'm on one that has barely been in a week and its performance seems to be fading already. The juices are different, however, the darker, higher VG juice has lasted longer on a coil at one point, than the clearer, lower VG juice, and vice-versa. So, it has to be the coils are just off every now and then, right? I feel I would be remiss if I didn't hit this point home once again; even at their worst, the GSAs and their coils have been the best setup I have found thus far.
And there's my :2c::2c: (twice because it was a bit more than just two cents worth). :D
I agree LV. :) I may just take up rebuilding again one of these days, but for now, I have a good amount of unused coils.
Oh, I saw mud a couple of days ago.

First 2 coils I got (factory and first replacement) went awry less than a day, almost started thinking everyone on here was crazy! Third one over a week, decided maybe this is a good tank then. I do vape around 6 to 10 ml/day.
Is that considered a lot?

In honour of her highness, the Kat of Birds, and his honour, the King of Cheech coils, I did "find the time" <cough> to clean out my brand new "M" tank so that I could give it a go today.

:)

Why didn't you guys tell me the fill ports are so weird on this tank?? :D

I managed to fill it with a dripper (glass) top, and most likely succeeded because I didn't know any better. It was a little touch and go as the level got closer to the top and I had to reduce the angle. But I persisted by dripping it down right on the threads....... and hoping for the best!

Right. Foolishly, I had hoped that the wider diameter tanks would be easier to fill. Hah! What were they thinking. PITA.

Success. I'm vaping it now, and I'd like to give you all my review.

It's WONDERFUL!

Empty Long Dropper Bottles for E-liquids (5-Pack) $2.18
15ml, 5-Pack, Translucent / SKU: 2205504

These were in the long-delayed FT order. Long, skinny tips are great for filling the Ms.

Why are they so... um... elongated?...

I do own all kinds of implements for tank filling, including needle nose bottles, syringes, etc., but I hate rebottling my juice. I just hate it. It adds another step and is messy. Luckily, many juice vendors are switching to thin-dropper bottles, which I find very convenient. But still--many don't. PITA.

These work for me very well.

Bummers, though. Can't stand the taste of silica

I don't hate silica, but I prefer cotton and rayon. Having said that, those GS Air coils are really nice. There's some magic going on. I really really like them as they are--silica and all. Don't ask me why.

Edit for the last post...The Lemo beat them both by a landslide at 1.5 ohms.....16 watts.

The original Lemo?

What's your build? Coil ID, wire gauge, if you don't mind. Still trying to find my sweet spot on the Drop.

Do you have a Lemo 2. It's top fill and has a little better flavor according to some reviews. All I know is it's a great atty. :)

How long does your recoiled ones last Cheech?
It has to be heaven with rayon, huh? :)
Actually I don't know...I keep trying to leave them in for more than a day or two, but I end up putting
a new recoiled, rewicked one in. No will power.
It is a slice of fried gold with the rayon!

I simply rinsed it out, let it dry for a short while, than gave it a nice little shake-a shake-a. It's truly that easy. The same would apply between flavor changes.
