in the video, around 6:05 he says organic cotton with vertical dual coils... is this new?
also he mentions the coils are like the eGrip (which they are) but I've heard no mention of the OG GS Air tanks.. a huge selling point to me, they use the same coils.

Yeahbutt... He deserved it. He's going around telling folks that M and Ms don't really stand for Mud and Muds.
In that case a full out ban from civilized society is in order! Where is my torch and that ole bic lighter I used to have?

Every one that I have torn apart has silica wicks, liner is some sort of cotton material, but not the wicks!

If you don't have the liner material, coffee filter paper wrapped two times works also...
I have the liner material you recommended. I added it to the one I left it off of, the one that flooded, and it works like a champ now. I was doing the wicks like I do my protanks, as big and fluffy as possible and still fit. Also I realized that I hadn't sufficiently unfolded the gauze and it was still doubled over. I trimmed the wick flush and wrapped it and it went together much, much more easily.

There's a learning curve. When I started rebuilding my protanks the first two took an hour. The next five took a half hour, the five after that took about fifteen minutes. The GS coils are more fiddly, but I expect they'll go a lot easier with practice.
