I know I likes my eleaf/Ismoka stuff.
well thanks I should test that! I do know that if the tank is vented on the top (top open), eventually the liquid in the coil and draw tube will rise to the same level as the liquid in the tank, therefore it would flow out the air holes before that even happens. I just didn't know why it would do that on first fill, quickly if that's what happened with yours. Worth looking into!I filled my Lemo 2 and forgot to close the top fill and opened the air flow at the bottom and the juice poured out the air slot at the bottom in a split second. That's what made me think that could be it. I bet if you loosen the top of your Nauti it will come out the air holes too. Not trying to be argumentative mind you.
I suspect air may be getting in at the top of the tank. Just guessing.
This makes sense. I figured only the negative pressure in the tank was what kept the juice from flowing out. Thanks for the info!If the top cap is screwed on too tight, the gasket can deform, which will allow air in, hence removing the negative pressure which keeps the tank from leaking. Read this on many forums and experienced once myself.
Also, if it has always leaked, the top gasket may have been installed upside-down.
Indeed..
I am just trying to figure out if the premise: "eleafworld.com can be looked upon to be an official source from the actual manufacturer" is true or not...small steps.
The same side a cat would be on if it were on the strip... lol...Which side of the Möbius strip are we on?
Take it from me, the Gourmet Juices thread in combination with threads like this one (or any other shiny thread) will keep you BROKE unless you learn to practice restraint! Ask me how I know, LOL! We sold almost $500 in juice in the classifieds last month and barely notice the bottles are gone.Trouble is, I am still searching for juice I really LIKE. No matter what stellar reviews you read, it really is true that taste is subjective. What someone else loves is nice to know, but it may not be anywhere close to something YOU like. It's just SO HARD to resist flavors that sound like they would be perfect for you. And also so much fun to SHOP!

I retired from the Navy in order to never, ever again hear "Reveille, reveille! All hands heave out and trice up! Now, reveille!"
Just gave myself the shudders...
AllElseFailed, I think you'll like the originals just fine. My favorite are the Ms, but mainly because they hold more juice and I don't have to fill them as often. The downside is they have that small fill hole. I still use my 2 originals every day, though, and they vape almost exactly the same.
I have been here since the beginning of this thread. I have post number 5 on page one of this thread! I still love my GS Airs. ( I don't have a life, but I do have GS Airs and this thread).
Yes exactly what I was looking for. I put it in my wish list to build an order. Thank you!
Another one has been brought to the dark side... his training progresses well.Ok I got my GS air in the mail today, loaded it up and let it sit a good half hour. My first impression is it seemed way to airy so I messed with that for a while and I think I may now be in love! Good flavor a perfect amount of vapor and easy enough to fill for a noob like me. The best part is it hasn't leaked all over me like my Nautilus so that makes it a winner in my book! Thank you everyone for the help and advice!
I'd be careful with that. No telling how superglue reacts to vaporized PG and VG. You might get some minute amounts of the cyanoacrylate in your lungs... not particularly a good thing. I'd recommend just buying a new one to be safe and giving your cat the stink eye.Okay the broken piece has been removed from the tank. I think I might actually be able to repair it with some Super Glue.![]()
Well I hadn't thought of that.I'd be careful with that. No telling how superglue reacts to vaporized PG and VG. You might get some minute amounts of the cyanoacrylate in your lungs... not particularly a good thing. I'd recommend just buying a new one to be safe and giving your cat the stink eye.
Well I hadn't thought of that.
Of course, the cat has been given the stink eye several times over, but he doesn't care. Look at him. He just lays there... SLEEPING! With no conscience or remorse for his actions.

Mine is more of an impromptu schemer.Sleeping? That's just what they want You to Think.
All the while they are Plotting their Next Nefarious Scheme.
Then we agree that eleafworld.com can be looked upon to be an official source from the actual manufacturer. Bikenstein also provided a link Contact Information for Shenzhen iSmoka Electronics Co., Ltd. which helps to confirm the loop. Current website is eleafworld.com from that link.
iSmoka introduced a brand name that they applied to all their products (eleafworld.com says so).
iSmoka's website then becomes eleafworld.com (to reflect the branding maybe) (they still use @ismoka.com though for email which shows they are one and the same - ie: they have control of both @eleafworld.com and @ismoka.com right now).
I'm not trying to figure out if Joyetech owns anything right now... I am just trying to figure out if the premise: "eleafworld.com can be looked upon to be an official source from the actual manufacturer" is true or not...small steps.
Bikenstein provided two different emails from eleafus.com basically confirming this. And I clarified if it was indeed eleafus.com with Bikenstein that what I am about quote is eleafus.com words.
"For eleaf products we are only one of the distributors in USA we are not the manufacturer."
"there are so many distributors are out there just like us in USA who carry joyetech and eleaf products."
- see post 12383
Bikenstein asks "If you are only a distributor and not the manufacturer then why is this on your "about us" page?" - see post 12379
Which is the exact question that never gets answered on many other forums by eleafus.com. It is very misleading to many people.
Those things matter to me and it is on topic with the thread, I figured it would be ok ask questions and try to find out whats the real deal. I complied information about iSmoka before... this isn't the first time... check my blog... it is pretty dry but I tried to get it as factual as I could. Credited my sources... etc...
ie: - If eleafus.com says your istick isn't under their warranty that does not mean that eleafworld.com (ismoka) didn't make the product. It might be important to establish if the product is "authentic", in general, at one central website. The only way I know to do that is through eleafworld.com site. If eleafworld.com is actually the manufacturer then anyone can know if their istick is "authethic" through the serial number checker which they host. eleafus.com doesn't host the serial database as far as I know and has nothing to do with manufacturing or decision making as far as I can tell and only warranty stuff that is sold from their website. (ie: everything else that is made at a ismoka factory doesn't matter to them).
And yes I agree with your points A) and B) as well.
Cheers GranFumador

Zombie cats... just sayin'...My Cat is more of a Calculating Schemer. And has a High Level of Defiance when she is Caught in the Act. As can be seen in this photo Immediately after a Lamp was Discovered laying on it's Side.

Dang it. I'm going to have to get serious about learning how to build coils. How do those little "cheat" rolling coil devices work? Worth looking into for a noob?
Yes. I have several "gizmos" that make tensioned coils but it's not all that easy. The easiest and most user friendly gizmo in my arsenal is the Kuro Coiler--I got the Tobeco clone (with removable rod) for $4 or so (just one size, 2.5mm) and now I can make beautiful coils with my eyes closed--just snip the wire, insert the wire in the hole, turn the coiler, unwind a couple of winds (those first ones are usually a bit crooked), and you're done.
The purists will tell you that coils wound without tension are inferior, and it very well may be true, but the convenience and consistency and ease of use are unbeatable. JMHO.
