I use NET and it is rather mild in flavor, certainly not a flavor to overpower, but I get a "sock in the mouth" taste. Even a new Nauty BVC has an off flavor but settles in after a few hits. This cotton wick stuff appears to have this trait. I will give it awhile to see if it too settles in.

I just got a new GS Air M the other day myself and my flavor is off on my NETs too, both with the cotton 1.2 and changed it out for a 1.5 dual and same thing, inhales is ok but an off taste in my mouth after the exhale. I've cleaned it twice in dishwashing liquid and rinsed thinking new tank residue, I don't have any drinking alchohol or I would try that beer or wine wont work haha. I didn't have a problem cleaning my other new GS-tank or GS air and the coils really don't have much break in time like my naughty mini coils require.

I hate to admit this but I always smell the new tank and if there's no smell, I load it up! No washing at all.

Just got my gs air m a day ago and like it a lot. Would like to see the air control work a little better but for 10$ its the best tank. Now to see how long the coil lasts, yes I know that depends on juice.lol. I'm sticking to light colored juice

I got the GS Tank on the 11th and I'm still going good on the first coil, a 1.2 ohm. Probably a little more than 60 mls. of juice.

I got the 1.5 that came with the m. Will be ordering the 1.2's. Flavor is damn good I have to say. I have the nautilus,subtank mini and this is on par with them for sure. Quite impressed really. Why doesn't everyone carry these cheap, great tasting tanks?

That is a bit of a drawback. The B&Ms around here don't carry them or the coils. Probably because they can't make big bucks on them. Maybe if they got lots of requests, but who knows?

I had a similar thought this morning. Why the heck does not the Smok VCT tanks get the full credit and popularity it deserves. It is a great low cost tank half the price of Subtank and performs BETTER! Rarely leaks and more rarely dry hit.
Just like GS Air tanks......
