What intrigued me about the design of the CLR coils is you can adjust down the top cap to cover part of the wick to control juice flow, I thought that might help with my 70pg/30pg juices. Have you played around with that? What I wasn't too keen on is that the leads are apparently just pressure fit and not screwed in, ever have any problems with that? I'm wondering how long the insulator will hold up with that design.
Yeah, I've played with them some, but on my buddy's Egrip OLED CL. Helped him figure out the CL-R coils so he can start rebuilding. The juice channels just screw down and adjust really, really well and can accomodate anything from 100% PG to 100% VG with no wicking issues. The design of the coil doesn't lend itself well to vertical builds since the wicking material is designed to go through the coil horizontally and then slightly protruding through the juice channels.

The rebuilds are actually really easy. Everything comes apart easily. Even using your own kanthal, the coils rebuild easily. You just have to bend and snip the kanthal after you've fit it properly. Insofar as durability, I'd say these will last a good while... they didn't put up a fight while coming apart or during reassembly. They should last at least as long as any coil not designed to be taken apart (like the GS Air coils). Regardless, they come in a pack of 5, available in 0.5 ohm or 1.0 ohm varieties. Only the actual coil and wick differ. Provide your own kanthal and wicking, and one or two packs could last ages, all the while giving you the ability to build more MTL friendly, higher resistance coils like 1.2 ohm or 1.5 ohm (gee, those sound familiar). Not a bad option. More tanks than just the Ego One series use these coils, too... the Egrip OLED CL, Totally Wicked Tempest, and several tanks made by Wismec employ the Ego One coils. Lots of options.

OK, it's been 20 or 21 months and my wife's Kanger T3S is losin flavor and apparently the coil is gunking up. It still works but is performing poorly. Time to replace and I used all of em up months ago. Anybody have a lead on where to buy at a good price? I may have to build a couple for her til I get some.

The lowest I've seen is Vapor Beast at $4.49 for a 5 pack. It's been a while since I ordered from them, so I'm not too sure on shipping rates. I seem to remember them being reasonable, though. All three resistance options are available on their page, too.

@LynnNC, I ordered the Sonic Cleaner that you have, this morning. How are you liking it? :)
I like it pretty well. With coils though I still have to dry burn one or two. But for the most part they come pretty clean. And I like that it cleans the tanks to sparkling clean. I still need to figure out what to put in the tank to get the smell of some liquids out of the tanks.

I think the MT3 and T3S use the same coil.
They are the same. I have several old ones if you want to rebuild.

They worked in the Protank II and even in the Protank III if you used an extra sillycone cup upside down on the stem.
