eleaf istick 100w wont charge or fire

Hi everyone, I am new to the ecf so I apologize if this thread was created in the wrong forum. Ive embedded the video of problem. Whenever I plug in the usb or put in a battery, it shoots straight to the highest voltage setting and wont fire. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it? This device has been working amazing for me for the past 2 months and then this happened. I am unable to turn it off without pulling the batteries out or when I plug it in with no batteries, the same thing happens. I am hoping the chip isnt bricked..

Highly unlikely, but is the + button stuck?

Send a message to the vendor you bought it from and see what they can do for you.

Thanks for replying, Rick. None of the buttons are stuck and still click just fine. The power button doesnt function either so I cant even turn the device off if there is a power source (battery or plug).
