LOL is depends who you buy it from. I bought a Guardian E-Pipe once from Health Cabin, sure they gave me a 90 day warranty, the base spring fell apart when I unpacked it and could not be put back together. Sure we will replace it they said with your next order......duh...you get crap with your original order will you give that vendor another order just to get the replacement. Lol, ok I put in an order for a packet of coils and that was it just to get the part. Yes they replaced it but it took nearly a month to get to me by China Mail.
To heck with that I now shop local. No more China shopping from me. However, there are very few Aussie Vendors that give any warranty with their stuff. D.O.A. (dead on arrival) is mostly the case. Our Consumer protection laws also do not apply as Vapes in Australia are in a very Grey Area and our Consumer Affairs People do not give a ....e.

My wife's 20w was doing that today. I took the top off a bit and lifted the board a tiny bit and pushed it back down and screwed the top back down and it is fine now. I think the board button shifts a bit. But I also noticed a bit of condensation on the inside of wife's screen. Lifting the top a tiny bit cleared it up. Time will tell with the wife's but I ordered a new one just in case. New one will give her 4 Isticks. CHEERS!

Did your wife by any chance get it into rain? That happened to me and I just put it near a heater and it disappeared when it dried up now running perfectly.
Indeed you may have hit the nail on the head Wheelie, The Circuit Board may well indeed move from usage and vibrations. Lets face it, we do throw these babies around a bit. One of the reasons I like mechanical mods, less to go wrong on a camping trip. Thanks for the heads up. I will certainly investigate this and tell my vendor.

No rain on it that we are aware of but she has set one down in a drink one time. LOL But she only likes the Kanger mini's and they do leak juice through to the top of the battery pin. I do put a few drops of water and dump it off immediately and dry it off with toilet paper. May have to change the practise and perhaps hold it upside down and use a syringe with water and squirt it upwards instead. I was thinking perhaps juice gets down and between the switch and contact point of board. But at 35 dollars apiece if I have to replace one every five or six months I will not cry over it. CHEERS!

Funny you should mention the Kangar Mini, I have both the Mini which indeed does tend to slightly leak as you say, I also have the Kangar Sub Ohm tank which was a real pain in the "A" for leaking out of the air holes and I thought the red seals. Been back to the vendor several times and he was as peeved as I. Then I watched a You Tube Video ; sorry I lost the link; and learned not only how easily rebuild the rebuildable coil but the factory made coils as well.

Friend, it was a miracle, no sooner I switched to the rebuilt coil, no more leaks anywhere and the vape cloud was magnificent as was the taste. was spot on. I strongly suspect that the quality control on factory coils is sus. Now I even put my Atlantis tank back in the box in favour of the Kangar Sub Ohm tank

Mine started auto firing after about 2.5 months, it doesn't do it too often but when it does it lasts for hours before it starts working normal again. Mine goes for the full 10 sec and instead of shutting itself off it resets and keeps on going I have to remove the atomizer every time it happens.
The local shop that I bought it from decided to replace it just before the 90 day period was up. Like the guy above me I love the device so hopefully this new one doesn't start doing the same.
