I can make a few more. I'll said you a message once done if you are interested in buying a few.

Money's kind of tight at the moment, but let me know if you can how much they would cost. I'd need 2.

Also, I noticed over on the breaktru forum there was a lot of talk about how the built in Li-Po battery has a better discharge curve for this particular application than any of the 3rd party batteries, even though they have a higher rating. Have you done any testing on that or care to weigh in?

David, that link keeps bringing me back here
Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

It's another post in this thread with a link to reddit where someone did install a DNA40 in an iStick. The result of that was that it was extremely difficult, so it was only going to be a one off. Plus, the battery gauge was partially covered.

About $10 each.

Aside from some test firing, I haven't had the chance to use the istick with the 3200mah panasonic (quit vaping)

Oh, it was bringing me to the last post of the thread :p. I saw that post.....i bet a dna30 would fit better :p
And if you are already that deep into it, one could always make the display window larger

The problem isn't the size of the board as you can cut the tabs off the DNA40 and it will be the same physical size as a DNA30. It's setting up the buttons that's gonna be a trick.

Can you post the top cap plan so we all can just order it from the site?

The best option for that would be if I designed a 3d model and then had the prints available on shapeways. When I have time I'll try to do that.

At the moment, I only have 2d files for laser cutting acrylic. 4 layers, 3mm thick each that must be chemically bonded together. After that they still need to be sanded and polished.
