Eleaf Pico Squeeze 2 lock mode

My Pico Squeeze 2 has occasionally locked while I'm vaping. It's not the key lock that you lock or unlock pressing the + and - button together for 2 seconds. This locks the fire button. A couple times I accidentally unlocked it but have no clue what I did. Tonight I finally had to remove the battery and replace it to unlock the fire button.
Anyone know how I can stop locking it and how to unlock it if I manage to lock the fire button again? I appreciate any help. This is irritating!

5 fast clicks turns the device on and off. Did you try that?
