I received an email from Renee at electovape after placing my 2nd order. Turns out that the juice I had ordered (and love) was out of stock. I placed my order in the middle of the night on Saturday so I wasn't too alarmed that the site let me order an out of stock item (plus they are having an awesome sale).
Renee apologized and went way beyond my expectations to make up for the error. She also took time to respond to several of my emails during the day.
Although that was only my 2nd order with electovape, I'll surely be placing many more in the future.
