Most cars have batteries that I'm sure some people still boost from.

Ever use a welder?

I'm pretty sure my PV won't start my car.

Also can't seem to weld with my PV.

I'm not an electrical engineer, but I play one on TV....... lol

Yes I've welded and Tip dont weld while sitting on a Iron Beam 100' in the air while its raining outside, (I wouldnt suggest taking a vape either) you WILL get SHOCKED and trust me it tingles!!!

A bit of a difference between the 3.7 v lithium ion battery's "charge" and that of an electrical welder.

apples to oranges. A 3.7 volt shock is not noticeable.

Most defiantly. I was just stating dont weld in the rain LOL it hurts! (the vape part was just thrown in there cause when your one hand holding on to your PV and the other is welding you will more then likely fall off LOL)
