i was continuously getting shocked on my lips by my vamo (agat2, stiletto drip) until i changed the drip tip to another generic ss drip tip and no shock at all. very confusing...

I'm sure an electrician well wander on over here with some expertise on the matter.
I've read all the answers before, some are pretty funny actually.
