Long story short...ish:
I got a 510 kit from electro-vapors in mid-December and have lightly vaped it since then (maybe 30-40 charges on the batteries) when one battery failed and then the other failed maybe a week or 2 later? I let them know even though I knew it was out of warranty just so that they knew the batteries had failed.
Kat from electro-vapors then emailed me back offering to replace my batteries even though they were out of warranty just because there was a slight chance they were defective from the manufacturer but it was more likely that they died because I had left either no charge or a slight charge on them for "long" periods of time which can cause the batteries to fail. She mentioned that they will be updating their user manual so this doesn't happen to people in the future.
