you mean like a asthma machine? put in eliquid instead of like albuterol?...thought about it once
Ive told someone my PV was a "nicotine inhaler" and they were waaaaay more accepting to letting me use it inside than when I tell people "e-cigarette". Once I said inhaler they seemed to ask about it being a device to quit smoking right off the back. (verses asking me to stop)

No, I mean like as in how they make hydrogen fuel, chlorine, etc... I don't imagine the byproducts produced from it would be very safe to inhale. I have no idea what chemical structures all the ingredients would have, and what would be released as gas from the electrolysis. Just thought it was a funny thought...
Not really sure what it would create but it would probably break nicotine down. I mean it rips H2O apart so it would probably do the same to the nic and then it would just bubble the H at one end and a mixture of other gases at the other.
Ide be interested to know what chemicals is produced from this. Purely from a scientific POV
