I ordered a dozen KR808D blank cartomizers on the 31st when they ran a one day sale.
On the Jan 7th when they hadn't arrived and the tracking showed no movement I emailed them.
A short time later I had a phone call from them apologizing that the post office lost it and they hand delivered a package of 15 cartomizers to the post office and shipped them priority mail to replace the lost ones.
Later the very same day the original order shows up with the tracking still not updated.
So I contacted them about it as now I had my original order and the replacement order on the way.
They told me to keep the both packages at no additional charge when it was the po that messed up!
That in my book is above and beyond!!
I will be ordering from them again!!
Btw the cartomizers rock so far I like them better on my nicostick than the 510 atomizer/cart combo!
