My name is Annette and my husband Taras is the owner of electronic-ash.com. Taras is the person who participates here on the Electronic Ash forum and answers questions from forum members. Currently, Taras is dealing with a health issue which has forced him out of work temporaily. Our company is run by him, another full time employee Kevin and myself on a part time basis. During Taras's recovery Kevin and I have worked hard to maintain the tradition of fast shipping and concientious customer service however because of Taras's absense he has been unable to reply to messages on ECF personally. Being that he was the sole representative of our small comapny on ECF, he asked Kevin and I to register on the forum and to check for any inquiries that mebers may have. Unbeknownst to him, a new ECF member must post 15 messages before they are allowed to post into vendor forums so while we have seen several posts, we were unable to respond to them. I finally decided to ask Taras for his login information so I can participate in the Electronic Ash vendor forum under his user name. While there has been a few days without his participation in the ECF forum, rest assured that regular customer service channels through info@electronic-ash.com are monitored 6 days a week and we have kept up the level of customer service that our customers deserve. Please note that while the Electronic Ash forum on ECF is a great place for to share information, the quickest route for order issues is always through our customer service email. We are hoping Taras will be back to work on 2/26 and now that I have access to his account here, I will do the best I can to represent him the best way I can.
