Electronic Cigarette - Misnomer?

I wonder if they had it to do over, they'd call vaping anything but electronic cigarette's. The ignorant, misinformed public associates anything with the word "cigarette" in it as smoking. There's a huge difference between heating liquid flavors/nic that produces vapor to that of the burning leaves and it's thousands of carcinogens...

I had the same thought the other day when my coworker asked me how or when I need to relight my full size Provari and KFL+.

Nothing about that things looks ignitable lol, but because everyone knows it's my "electronic cigarette" they assume it's still a cigarette inside of en expensive steel case or something...
