Well, there may be a different meaning to "morality" in philosophy.

I consider moral and ethical to be nearly the same and it has nothing to do with religion. Your definition of 'morality' is closer to my definition of Puritanism - best stated by H. L. Mencken:

“Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy.”

and

"When A annoys or injures B on the pretense of saving or improving X, A is a scoundrel."

This last is basically what Hayek is saying, where "A" is ANTZ, "B" is vapers and X is "public health"

And yes, the "morality" that I have encountered in the course of my life can also be defined as Puritanism, bullying, threatening and / or bigotry. And I want nothing to do with any of that.
