Can I use a different type of tank than what came with this device? I've seen these pen style devices with little carto tanks and would love to try it.

I'm not familiar with this PV but from what I've seen the tank looks proprietary.

It is proprietary.

If you want to try different devices, I suggest you buy a dual threaded (510/eGo) battery--it's the most popular connection and will work with many different toppers. A good one to start would be a simple eGo-C Twist, Vision Spinner or iTaste VV V3.
