Eliquid formula!!!

Hey, I usually make my own eliquid but haven’t in awhile. My base ejuice is 10nic 50/50 pg/vg. I want to cut it down to 2nic 50/50. I assume that I would use 20 drops of my base liquid and then add 80 drops of my pg/vg 50/50. Is this correct?

Seems like doing drops is going to be a lot of trouble... you can get a syringe (no needle) really cheap.
Do you use flavors in your DIY juice? Flavor will also get diluted.
