EM CS Rocks.

Thank you very much to the loveable Di and Joy for their help. I placed an order a while back, and due to a mix-up with one little number on the order, I received 8 bottles of liquid too little. From an EM perspective, you can think how difficult it is when somebody claims he did not receive something.

With the help of Di and Joy, this was sorted out, and I received my missing liquids today.

Thanks a lot for the effort guys.
I am also forwarding videvinci package to her, and had the opportunity to chat to her.

Yes, yours was slow to get fixed,

it was hard to trace what you had done

but it was resolved once it was traced and verified.\ Yes ??
